Discover the WorldSkills treasure
The WorldSkills Foundation is often referred to as the “treasure” of WorldSkills. This is in great part due to the understanding that in addition to Competitions and conferences, there is incredible value in the WorldSkills network of Champions, Experts, and others who can sustain their passion for skill development and excellence by sharing what they know and doing all they can to contribute to improving our world with the power of skills. At WorldSkills Sao Paulo 2015, the WorldSkills Foundation will present several innovative projects. The “New Look at Skills” is a collaboration between WorldSkills Foundation and Autodesk, mentioned above.

Update from the Sanitation Studio Project in Nepal
The Sanitation Studio in Nepal is one of three similar projects facilitated by the WorldSkills Foundation (WSF) in collaboration with Healthabitat (HH) of Australia. Healthabitat Director Paul Pholeros has returned there to support local teams, and has advised that the teams noted some of the most severe destruction seen in their entire trip, which had already included some of the hardest-hit areas of the country.

Unique international volunteering opportunities
Since 2013, WorldSkills Foundation (WSF) has sponsored WorldSkills Champions and Experts to support the Healthabitat Sanitation Studio programme worldwide; an ongoing series of team workshops focussing on design and construction of improved water and sanitation systems in communities that need them most. Each Sanitation Studio brings together cross-skilled teams of local and international participants, with an emphasis on sharing knowledge and experience together. These teams collaborate to deliver new and improved facilities that have profound impacts on health and quality of life in the local environment.
