Strike the #BreakTheBias pose
In recognition of International Women's Day, we celebrated #WomenInSkills.
#BreakTheBias
For International Women's Day (IWD) on 8 March 2022, we celebrated women’s achievements in skills to challenge gender stereotypes, smash stereotypes, and reject discrimination.
Each year, International Women's Day establishes a "pose" that people around the world are encouraged to replicate. The #BreakTheBias pose — raising both hands in a diagonal position to create an “X” in front of you — is a simple way to show support and solidarity in this movement for an equal world.
