Ricardo Calvi Vivian is a Brazilian graphic designer, entrepreneur, and WorldSkills gold medallist, internationally recognized for excellence in professional skills and education.Ricardo represented Brazil as a competitor at the WorldSkills Leipzig 2013, where he won the Gold Medal in Graphic Design Technology, placing him among the top young professionals in the world.Following this achievement, Ricardo played a key role in the early development of the WorldSkills Champions Trust, being part of its initial formation as a pilot initiative. Selected to remain for an extended term beyond the original cycle, he joined a small group of top competitors who helped shape the foundation, purpose, and global outreach of the program.As a representative of the Americas, Ricardo contributed to the Champions Trust mission of promoting vocational education, inspiring young people, and advocating for the value of skills on a global stage. His role involved engaging with institutions, participating in international events, and supporting WorldSkills’ efforts to elevate the perception of professional education worldwide.He later continued his engagement with WorldSkills through different roles at the organization’s global competitions in WorldSkills São Paulo 2015, WorldSkills Abu Dhabi 2017, and WorldSkills Kazan 2019, maintaining an active presence in the international skills community.In 2019, Ricardo also participated in The Forum for World Education hosted by the OECD, contributing to discussions on the future of education, workforce development, and skills.Throughout his journey, Ricardo has combined technical excellence with a strong interest in communication, design, and business. His career evolved from high-performance technical training at SENAI to broader roles in business development, branding, and strategic communication.Although his career has since expanded into new areas, Ricardo continues to carry forward the values shaped through his WorldSkills journey. His experience within the international skills community remains a defining foundation, influencing how he approaches challenges, builds relationships, and creates impact across everything he does
