WorldSkills London 2011 - a picture can tell a thousand words

Hot off the press is the official Photobook and DVD of WorldSkills London 2011. The coffee table style book tells the story of the 41st WorldSkills Competition through photographs and reflects the event as the greatest skills Competition, careers and jobs event in the world.

This commemorative photo book and DVD, celebrates the dedication and commitment of everyone involved in helping plan, prepare, promote and deliver WorldSkills London 2011. It also demonstrates how the event inspired a future generation to think about the endless possibilities their futures might hold.

Schools, colleges, parents and employers came from across the UK and from around the world with over 200,000 visitors and participants taking part - and research indicates that 70% of young people and 67% of adults agreed that the event had impacted positively on their attitudes towards skills-based education.
