Neusoft officially signs as WorldSkills Global Premium Partner

The signing ceremony between WorldSkills and Neusoft Ruixin Technology Group took place at WorldSkills General Assembly 2025, signifying a growing commitment to advance digital skills development.

Earlier this year, WorldSkills celebrated the news that Neusoft had become a WorldSkills Global Premium Partner. Yesterday, a special ceremony was held to formally welcome the information technology specialist into the WorldSkills community.

The ceremony took place on day one of WorldSkills General Assembly 2025 in front of WorldSkills Members and Global Partners. Dr Jiren Liu, Founder and Honorary Chairman of Neusoft, and Francis Hourant, President of WorldSkills, both signed the agreement to applause from the assembled delegates. On signing, Dr Liu said, “Being WorldSkills Global Premium Partner is not only a title, it is a profound responsibility.”

He shared, “We are honoured to become a Global Premium Partner of WorldSkills. We will work with other Global Partners to provide more young people with opportunities to enhance their skills and cultivate inter-disciplinary and high-skilled talents, so they can adapt to and lead the digital future.”

On receiving the signed agreement, Francis responded saying, “Neusoft is a valuable Partner to bring into our community and we are so happy to make this agreement together. Neusoft’s ambition and values are strongly aligned to ours and we are looking forward to building on our already-strong relationship.”
