Join us at WorldSkills: two new roles in Sponsorship and Communications
WorldSkills International is seeking experienced professionals to join its global team as Senior Sponsorship Manager and Event Marketing and Communications Manager.
Setting the stage for young skilled professionals to shine, WorldSkills is a global movement determined to improve skills development. The organization reaches more than two-thirds of the world’s population through its 89 Member countries and regions. WorldSkills believes that skills are the basis for sustainable development, ensuring young people have the tools to contribute to healthier communities and stronger economies.
As WorldSkills celebrates 75 years and looks to the future, the organization has opened two new positions within its global, multicultural, and virtual Secretariat to support its brand and mission.
Senior Sponsorship Manager
The Senior Sponsorship Manager will play a key role in strengthening and expanding our sponsorship portfolio. The right candidate should bring at least five years’ experience in sponsorship, partnership management, or business development. The role is ideal for someone with prior success in securing and growing high-value sponsorships, and who thrives in international and multicultural environments. We are also looking for a person ready to mentor and guide colleagues in the Sponsorship and Partnership team, helping to build capacity and ensure excellence across the department.

Event Marketing and Communications Manager
The Event Marketing and Communications Manager will help shape and deliver marketing and communications for WorldSkills global events, including the WorldSkills Competition and the WorldSkills Conference. The right person will have experience managing marketing and communications activities for large-scale international events. The role will ensure our events are promoted effectively, our messaging is consistent, and our brand is represented with excellence around the world.
