Patrik Svensson

Patrik Svensson brings over 15 years of international experience in the leadership and development of national, regional, and international WorldSkills Competitions.

Over the years, he has held key roles including Competitions Committee Delegate Lead, Chair of the Competitions Committee for WorldSkills Europe, and served as Competitions Manager and Technical Delegate for WorldSkills Sweden since 2016. He also holds the position of Board Member and Chair of Competitions Committee for WorldSkills Europe.

A former officer in the Swedish Armed Forces, Svensson credits his background in leadership and teamwork for shaping his fair, transparent, and collaborative approach. With his proven management skills and commitment to continuous improvement, he aims to strengthen transparency and communication between Members, the Secretariat, and the Board. Drawing on his leadership background, he is dedicated to supporting the ongoing success and integrity of WorldSkills Competitions worldwide and ensuring an outstanding experience for young people.
