WorldSkills Lyon 2024 media accreditation now open

Media representatives from around the globe are invited to register for the most anticipated event in skills, education, and vocational training this year.

With a legacy of promoting excellence and innovation, WorldSkills is setting the stage for the greatest convergence of talent, expertise, and international media at WorldSkills Lyon 2024 from 10 to 15 September 2024. This event will bring together more than 1,500 skilled youth from over 65 countries and regions to compete in 62 skill competitions.

WorldSkills Lyon 2024 is the largest global event to showcase skills excellence. It aims to inspire young people to develop their abilities, expand their network, and push themselves at every aspect of their jobs.

Registration is now open for media representatives from around the world.

WorldSkills Lyon 2024 has announced a three-level Media Centre at the Euroexpo, the Competition venue in Lyon. Designed to cater to the needs of more than 1,000 media professionals, the Media Centre will have state-of-the-art facilities and dedicated support from the WorldSkills Lyon 2024 press team.

Registration is open to Member Media, affiliated with Member organizations of WorldSkills, and General or International Media. Packages for hotel and transport options are also available.

Given the extensive roster of events scheduled to take place in France, including the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, we advise media representatives requiring a visa to begin their application as soon as possible.
