WorldSkills London 2011 is up and running at ExCeL London Exhibition and Conference Centre, London Docklands. Following a spectacular Opening Ceremony at the O2 Arena, Competitors from 51 Member countries are now competing in 46 Skills, demonstrating excellence in vocational training on a global scale. National gold medallists are competing against one another for the coveted gold, silver and bronze medals to be awarded on Sunday night.

WorldSkills London 2011 is an opportunity for Industry, Education and Training representatives and Government bodies to network and share successful processes. On Thursday 6 October 2011 the powerful Leaders Forum took place, with speakers from around the globe focusing on the impact that vocational training has on economic growth. The Premiere Experience, conducted over three days, has been an amazing opportunity for global leaders to network and share best practice experiences.
