Register your press representatives now

With only 39 days until the start of WorldSkills São Paulo 2015, now is the time to for your press to take advantage of the online registration system accessible on the website at http://www.worldskillssaopaulo2015.com/en/news/media-accreditation/. Registration is open for print, broadcast, and social media reps - whether they represent Member countries and regions, corporations, educational institutions, or media outlets. We encourage you to monitor the site often as we will be constantly updating information and highlighting areas and activities to cover.

Opportunities at the Competition will provide many different chances for your media - from covering the intensity of young Competitors at work, to the idea exchange among leaders from industry, education and government, through the celebration of Medallists at the Closing Ceremony. To kick things off, there will be a “sneak peek” tour for press on 10 August 2015 from 12:30 to 14:30. When they register, your media will have the opportunity to indicate they want to join the tour. This opportunity will afford your press team the chance to walk the venue. Also, throughout the event, registered press covering the Competition will have access to the Press Centre where a team will answer questions and suggest interviews and stories to cover. There will be daily briefings for press to keep them abreast of highlights and any changes to the schedule of events. Spokespeople from WorldSkills, WorldSkills São Paulo 2015, and SENAI/CNI will make themselves available for interviews. The social media channels being used by WorldSkills International and WorldSkills São Paulo 2015 to promote the event are great in number and innovative in type. This affords you access to an increased number of sources of content as well the ability to leverage or amplify your own coverage. Whether it is the WorldSkills Village, Try-a-Skill, the Leaders Forum, or Opening and Closing Ceremonies - WorldSkills São Paulo 2015 is a great story waiting to be told.

For detailed information about the event, accreditation, and to register, please refer to the website. All press (including those representing Member organizations) must register for accreditation in order to access the event and the Press Centre. This can be done onsite; however, to save you time on site we invite you to register online now at http://www.worldskillssaopaulo2015.com/en/news/media-accreditation/. We look forward to welcoming you there!
