National Skills Development Corporation launches a newsletter

The National Skills Development Corporation is the WorldSkills International Member organization in India. They have just launched a dedicated newsletter on WorldSkills related initiatives to inform stakeholders of the progress underway in readying an Indian contingent for the next WorldSkills Competition to be held in Leipzig, Germany in July 2013.
