In the Volkswagen Hall, listen for fabric sheers snipping away at Fashion Technology.

While Competitors create military-chic ladies suites, there is also a silent auction taking place on site.

Garments for auction are donated by Fashion Technology Experts from across the globe. Bidding is open to the public, with all funds raised going to the 'Leipzig Hilft'; an initiative to support the people affected by the flood in Germany, 2013.

The first auction winner of the event was Silvia Widmer, Delegate for WorldSkills Switzerland.

Bids can be placed on auction items from now until 6 July 2013 between 10:00 and 16:00.

Don't miss the grand finale. Local models will walk the runway in hall 1, showing off completed projects from the competition at noon on 6 July 2013.
