Competition Preparation Week was a huge success!

After five days, the Competition Preparation Week has come to the end. During the last week, over 400 participants have been in São Paulo, Brazil to discuss the main skill preparation details for WorldSkills São Paulo 2015.

There have been several meetings and technical visits which served to address questions and clarify important aspects of the Competition.  Among those present were Delegates, Chief Experts, Deputy Chief Experts, Workshop Managers, Organizers, Sponsors, Partners and specialists, from 53 countries and regions.

We would like to thank all the participants as it was an invaluable week for WorldSkills and the Competition Organizer. It was the official launch of the countdown to the 43rd WorldSkills Competition.

Rafael Lucchesi, Director General SENAI and Official Delegate of Brazil to WorldSkills, reflected on the success of the Competition Preparation Week held this past week. “We just accomplished a great CPW, which is the biggest trial for the Competition Organizer, before the WorldSkills Competition. We are fully confident that we will deliver the greatest Competition ever, already shown by the number of skills, by the number of Competitors, but also with highest standards of organization in the history of WorldSkills.”
