24 students from 9 regions will represent Spain at WSC2009

Eva Almunia closed the 32nd Edition of the Olimpiadas de la Formación Profesonal.

24 students will form the team which will represent Spain in the 40th WorldSkills Competition in Calgary, Canada in September 2009.

The Secretary of State for Education and Training, Eva Almunia presented the gold, silver and bronze medals to a total of 70 students who were competing in the 18 skills at Spainskills.

24 students received a gold medal  and will represent Spain in one of the 45 skills at Worldskills Calgary 2009,  and 21 students with silver medals will form the Spanish team at EuroSkills 2010.

In this Olimpiadas, VET students have competed in tests projects related to professions from Autobody Repair to Web Design.
