Elfi has a proven WorldSkills record. Assigned in 2005 to set-up WorldSkills Germany she acted as Managing Board Member and Official Delegate for Germany from 2006-2013. Under her eight year leadership, WorldSkills Germany was founded and developed. She successfully initiated and lead Germany’s bid to host the 42nd WorldSkills Competition in Leipzig in 2013 and was a key decision maker in the preparation and delivery of WorldSkills Leipzig 2013 where she was a member of the Board of Directors of WorldSkills Leipzig 2013 Ltd. and ex-officio Board member of WorldSkills International from 2009-2013.
From October 2017 to October 2018 she volunteered as the General Manager of the WorldSkills Foundation and Representative of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
Since 2014 Elfi assumes the role of the Global Partner Delegate for Festo@WorldSkills.
