Alongside the skill competition, WorldSkills UK is hosting a hybrid World-class Skills Symposium on 4 November.

The Symposium features skill community leaders, including:

  • Aurelia Ruetsch, Deputy CEO of WorldSkills France
  • Professor Susan Relly, Director of Oxford University’s Centre on Skills, Knowledge and Organisational Performance (SKOPE),

The event will “bring together a range of experts who will share their perspectives on how Members and Partners of the WorldSkills movement play a vital role in driving the highest international skill standards, which empower young people, support employers and advance economic growth.”

This is a hybrid event. Register on the WorldSkills UK website to join the event online.
